After you replaced the 02 sensors did you reset Lambda adaptations?

There are two, you can clean both but the one on the charge pipe wont affect fuel trims as its before the throttle body.
When you cleaned the MAP sensor how did it initially look? Was is very black? Did it come clean after?

Yes INPA will show more detail of what's going on then MHD.

I was looking back at some of my old idle logs and they look very similar to yours.

After replacing and checking pretty much everything you have already I bit the bullet and bough 6 new index 12 injectors as well as a new MAP sensor

Thanks for the info! I’m about to read through the links now. I did reset the adaptations after the o2’s were installed. The map was pretty dirty.

Check for boost leaks. Smoke test diy or ask a shop. Wot logs also help a lot, Bosch dme's are pretty solid so unless you got a bigger turbo don't worry about smashing your internals unless you abuse your engine

Anyone know why I'm getting crazy timing corrections all of a sudden up top? plugs changed recently and gapped to .22 running the OTS E30 map. intake valves are good. Bosch oem coils have about 10k on them.

This may be negligible but maybe it's bad fuel, hpfp seems to drop but is at a reasonable level up top. Get a tank full of octane gasoline and see if you experience the same problem send the log. If the problem goes away it's fueling problem either the pumps or the quality of fuel

Plausible, it is shitty CA ACN91 albeit always Shell or Chevron.

Intake air temp climbed hard towards the end there 104f>126f. What front mount are you running?

Right? I've had a problem IAT's rising hard like that all the time and just assumed it's the N54 just running hot. Mishimoto performance intercooler. Not happy with it at all. Mind you ambient temps are about 78-80* here in Cali. Might have to bite the bullet for the VRSF 7".

I'm running a VRSF 7" non-HD, Intake temps are lucky to climb 1-3°C during run. Log with similar conditions

But yeah, 126°F or 52°C for me is up there for sure. Seems to be your knock issue anyway.

Can anyone get an idea of why my boost cuts off mid pull? Boost randomly got cut off and the JB4 went to Map 4. Not really sure how to read these logs.

Before you do, double check for vacuum leaks.
Even if you've replaced the vac lines check them all again.
Injectors aren't cheap and it would suck to buy new and find out it wasn't them. Check around the valve cover and PCV as well. You have DP's correct? make sure the V-bands are seated correctly.

JB4 logs are junk but from the small amount of info available it looks like your high pressure fuel pump is diving causing you to run really lean.

Hmm ok, is it normal for these HPFP's to start dying at ~70k miles? My motors at 142k miles but the pump was supposedly replaced at around 75k.

For my knowledge, could you tell me the red flag you saw in my log that hints towards this?

The high pressure fuel rail was below 12 and the trims are maxed out. It probably kicked into the safety map because it was how lean the AFR was.

I don't normally post logs as I try to do my own research when assessing them but I cant seem to find an answer to my question.

Looking at the log you'll notice once lifting of the throttle my AFR's don't both shoot up to 234, bank 1 seems to lag behind a bit. From what I have read it could be a leaking injector but I just replaced all 6 with new index 12's a few weeks ago. I cant see a brand new injector leaking already..

Another thing is mid RPM there is a slight drop in timing cyl 1 *crk from 4.9 to 1.5 then it trends back up eventually. Is this something I should be concerned about?

And before you say it, yes I need a better FMIC...my current one just isn't keeping my IAT's down enough.

Looks good. Second log has a bit more knock due to higher iat getting to around 150f. I'd probably just run the stage 1, not the stage 1+fmic

Low pressure fuel pump looks a bit tired up top, def keep an eye on it especially if going to stage 2, you dont want to see it go any lower than 50psi

Can't view log. Running burble tune? Not sure but it could be why your seeing the afr's not shutting off quick
