Thanks, but it can't count. It's not German, not on a pole, and my car isn't in the picture (well, there is a picture of my car on the wall next to the flag).

i mean someone could have drawn a german flag on a pole on a piece of paper and put it next to the car would that count?
or download a pic from the internet on the phone and put it next to the car.. would that count.

Panicos is the one who posted the challenge and TWO others did not agree, so I would think by the rules it could not count.

The final decision lies with Panicos - period. I would say it's creative, but not necessarily correct. If the tattoo was of only the german flag, I would be more inclined to say that looks pretty good to me.

Additionally, if panicos had not given some hints on what he was looking for (ie, "maybe at a hotel or an embassy"), a little creative license would have been very acceptable.

Here's a gentle reminder to everyone. Let's not jump the gun and assume a challenge is completed if one/two members say it's good. When the game is rolling along, give the person who posted the challenge a reasonable amount of time to approve/deny. In this case, several hours would seem to make sense and Panicos did indeed respond. No harm, no foul, but let's not jump the gun. =]

look guys i dont want to stall the game or anything its just that if we accept some things then it might happen again because we have a precedent..
i support creativity.. if i didnt have a hotel or something to take the pic, i would draw a flag on a big piece of paper say A3 size, or take an old sheet and draw the flag on, find some kind of pole i.e a broom stick!! and you have a flag on a pole.. now that i would accept
