yup, i got the same tint as you too. just the 38% shade. i think it's perfect. not too dark. not too light.

i also have to pay another 60 for them to remove the adhesive from the old tint on the back. there was so much residue left over from the old tint that i honestly thought there was a layer of tint still on the rear.

just an fyi for the people that are looking to tint their cars, umbra is the shit. right now he's having a deal on ceramic tints. ben and i got ours for 180. which you guys should know ceramic normally cost a lot more. even though i don't have ca or anything, the overall quality is just better. call him up because the deals ending sometime in april.

when i was at umbra there was modded e60 also getting his tints done. we were chatting and we came to the subject on the exterior vinyl. he told me he originally bought the vinyl (not sure if it's the same as the place ben got his) but he told me it was crap. it lasted for 3 days. he ended up ordering it from the stealership. the reason the vinyl worked for a lot of people is because a lot of them are from cali (where they don't see weather conditions as we do). but yeah. i dunno. just a thought. i still wouldn't mind trying out bens stuff though.

on a side note, right now theres a jdm meet downtown on top of whole foods. 50+ cars. ugh wanted to go. a friend told me there were also quite a handful of e9x, m3's and whatnot too. want those te's really bad. saw them on a few evo's today. tastefully modded.

I downloaded two different iso files the other night, but have been to lazy to burn them, LoL. I will do that tonight and then let you know for sure.
