i dunno!! ive had two accidents... one was my fault and it was 8k and a single car accident and the other, the fn dood ran a red light and i had like 6k in damages.... how is that 40?

they might of sued your insurance co and you didnt know about it so thats where the remainder came into play

ultimately i am responsible for my driving record but when people smash into me, i shouldnt have to pay out of my ass in car insurance... i know people with DUIs that couldve killed people paying a faction of these quotes...
