help me out. 2008 n54 FBO .my stft and afr are oscillating up and down driving.

Need to figure out whats wrong with my car doing a MHD custom tune with wedge
2010 335iA M Sport 80k FBO Inlet/Outlet, Walbro 450 LPFP, New PR Coils and NGK 91784 plugs gap .020" E50 tuning up to 20psi. Did a compression test all cylinders are 175-180psi. Issue is my car is still having cylinder 6 misfire, looking at my logs it shows my HPFP dips between the mid and upper rpms also in part throttle its dropping. I even swapped injector 6 with 1 and installed new seals, no change in misfire/superknocking location. Possibly my HPFP can't handle E50 or its failing or my injectors aren't flowing well. Arm Dp, aa 5inch fc, synapse bov
Stage 2+ Still getting throttle closures in 4th, and my random drive around town corrections are -4/5 on every cylinder. Too aggressive? I have boost solinoids and a oil change going in next week, what gives? Any input is appreciated!! https://datazap.me/u/roughknight/fir...&data=3-21

Yea, it's a nice upgrade from stock but still pulls IAT at higher speeds, I might try the S2 map instead and see if that fixes the issues a bit

Hey guys recently did another run after updating to mhd v8.1 on stage 1+
i know my intercooler is a major bottleneck right now so i did this run when it was a bit colder out. anyways i got a over boost code during this run and also noticed that my boost was above target boost. i haven't messed with the wastegates or anything. the only thing i tinkered with was one of the diverter valves cause it popped out (wasnt tightened all the way lol) anyways was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this on the same version or if its only on my end https://datazap.me/u/dr777/3rd-gear-...ta=2-3-4-14-22 |

Take a look at my logs, they look OK to me. Im running super conservative stage 2+ 91 ACN using 91 octane in socal. its my daily. Doesn't feel that fast but feels smooth.

Just tried 8.1 maps (stage 2+ 93oct) tonight with a full 3rd to full 4th gear, i got some weirds things. It was feeling it pulls good but after looking at the log, i am a bit worried :
Timings corrections on all cylinders Over boosting during all the pull Throttle position acting weird, like going 81 flat during the 3rd gear, then went to ~40 during 4th gear, and go back to 81 from 6000rpm to 6300rpm (end of the pull) Fuel mode switch from 2 (normal mode) to 6 (cat protection mode) after shifting to 4th (maybe it explains the throttle position) Probably too agressive for my fuel I will switch back to 7.1 map and see if it does the same thing. Throttle closures are caused by the overboosting, its normal but try V7 as I had the same issue with V8 and switching to V7 cleared it up

With 7.1 map, I already had some throttle closures when boost mean exceeds a bit the target , but this one on the 8.1 looks not usual, it's not small throttle closure spikes, but more like a long throttle closure that lasts 1000 rpms (on my log). Otherwise i did not find a lot of info about the fuel mode 6 because in most log people are not logging this. |
