but the thing is...they really dont want to fire her...they giving her a hard time..to quit!!! when some1 is goin to get fired..its a done deal. these guys are just giving her a hard time. i dont think they have enough reason to fire her..so just make her quit..thats what they are doin to her

i work for a small firm..if i ever decide to leave..my boss will have to bring some1 in asap..cuz he cant dump my work onto some1 else..we are specialize in our field..so before i even leave..he might have to give me a better deal..if not hes fucked!! its the only advantage small companies have, flexible hours.. larger companies dont give a shit...can be replaced easily

yeah corporations= evil.... i miss my old firm- it was only like 10 people... my boss was a hard ass but he was cool... that happens when you actually have a personality and can deal with human beings- not robots.
