reason im asking, is im going sick trying to figure out if i want to get this place or not.

its in Williamsburg, high traffic area, low rent, exposed brick walls, everything is great, EXCEPT there is a church near by and will not be able to obtain full liquor license, only a beer and wine license.

things like this i just cant understand... you can get people drunk off of wine and beer but not hard liquor

i hear what your saying, but the prob is it will only be limited to wine and beer license. the state will now approve for a full liquor license because there is a church near by.

demetri....from a business mans perspetive. talk them down as much as possible on price. because your main staple of income will not be the beer. its the mixed drinks and wines. the beer is just an added bonus. unless your running a biker bar and even then they will want hard liquor

the place would not be able to sell anything more then 15% alcohol, the law limits this to this specific license. yes, they do have mix drink cocktails where u can purchase with this ammount of alcohol, but it all tastes like juice.
