in order for something like this to work both parties must understand that each one has to do what they know best. Dem you can run it but the sister has to be her own boss with food. you can give advice but in the end everyone does what they know best.

not really.....here is an example. you know your beer and liquor plus running the place. lanas sister knows food. trust me on this the beer and running the joint is still easier than food. so her job will be the hardest. you fuck up once on food you can say goodbye to your business. you fuck up on a wine or beer. "can i try a different one"

other idea was renting a small warehouse, do a loft style industrial lounge, but the prob is, most these places are no where near any retail or foot traffic.
