but then why is my bmw's title listing my dad first than me? im the registered owner... the fx is soley me even though my mom was the primary... this is inconsistent?

are they different finance companies? that could be why

Hrmmm.. I don't think that's right. In NJ you cannot register a vehicle where your name is not on the title.

Is this a lease buyout or finance end? If so they may have issued the title incorrectly. They should have titled it with an AND or simply listing both names.

For both names to be on the title there has to be a buyer and a co-buyer. This is different than a buyer and a co-signer.

she didnt say whether or not her name was on the title.

she did now and she said shes the primary so it should be under her name, which it is. im confusing myself now
