oh don't get me wrong, I love the e92 335's but hell for the money, a 135i would do JUST FINE with me. The look much better in person than in pics on BMW's website. It's too bad they lease like shit, if it was comparable to the 3 series then i probably would be driving one right now.

the depreciation on 1 series isn't as good as the 3 series which is why you can lease a loaded up 335i for $600 a month but its still like $635 for a similarly equipped 135 that stickers $8k less.

i thought about getting a 135i but the 335i ended up being cheaper than the 135i. plus i wanted better offset wheels. because the 135i offsets suck

Ha, no there were/are a lot of haters on this bored when it first came out. I think it was the whole "exclusive" twin turbo at the time. Now they started throwing it in everything

Yeah, one car magazine pointed it out but didnt really expand. If you get a 135i stock compared to a 335i coupe and compare apples to apples. In order for the 135i to be the same as the 335i coupe you would have to add a few things. I.E. Logic 7 which is about a grand (I think its standard on the 335i) power seats are standard on the 335i coupe and not on the 135i (800 dollars). Also our premium package is about 1000 dollars more. So, like I said apples to exact apples the 135i (with options) and the 335i coupe stock cost the same. Just a little FYI. Well, I look forward to an eventual meeting with you guys. You seem pretty laid back and not too much hate/drama running around on here (Illinois that is, not e90post in general)

There is currently only one way I can think of this information getting out in a non secure manner and it was through a purchase with a vendor on this board. I am trying to follow up and not pointing fingers yet.
