I have just purchased some Lux 5.0 and wanted to upgrade the headlights (main and sidelights) and also the foglights. I was wondering what would compliment the Lux 5.0s with the white light look?

I have a European E90 M sport

no, that link is for cars with xenon headlights. i dont beleive there is anything designed for halogen cars

Are the lux 4.0's still sold? If not, can someone share what the difference is between the 4.0 and 5.1 as I had one of my 4.0's stop working after about 1.5 years.

The 4.0 are no longer sold. The new 5.1 are 6500k in color.

I love my LUX 4.0! I have had them in since August 2007 and they still work great. One survived a very recent hit and run as well. The headlight was smashed, but it kept right on working. Now back and safe in a new headlight though. Keep up the great work!

Correct, they are only available in 6500k. As for a good xenon bulb, we don't carry any other lighting so I don't have a good recommendation for you. However I'm sure the other E9x owners would be able to help you out.

For LCI with Xenon lighting, you would need the LUX H8 bulbs, not the 5.1
