Finished with upgraded turbos
I think we almost finished every small works on our turbos, suction pipes, charge pipes, water coolant lines, oil coolant lines. What we still would like to built in is an electric oil pump on the turbo return oil line, to optimize the oil flow back to the oil sump.
On the top of the ceramic coating, we put bandage on the downpipes to optimize heat management. |

man I cant wait to see the complete finished product. What wheels and suspension are you planning on running? I have read every post but cant remember if you had said what kind of wheels and what type of suspension your going to be using? I know the KW V4's are absolutely amazing and I have personally rode in a buddies car that had the V4's and they really are excellent and very easy to adjust...and I mean very, very easy. But there is as good, if not better suspension out there that alot of people run on our cars that say are better than the KW's like AST coilovers for example....As for wheels, I forged, HRE, 360 forged (if there still in business), ect.. are premium lightweight durable wheels that look great....You have incredible taste and are very innovative so this will be AWESOME to watch the final touches Keep it up and I'm sure the finished product is going to be one of the biggest, thinking out of the box type builds, on e90post!

+1, if and when I can ever justify them that's what I'd be running.
Or, based on this project's goals and budget, I'd say go all out for Motons.

Wiring
We have started to wire the engine. We have to wire the 850W BMW Performance radiator, Okada Plasma Ground, Awron display with egnine oil pressure sensor and differential oil temperature sensor, turbo speed sensors, EGT sensors, O2 sensors, JB4, BLUE16 anti theft system, etc. We are also optimizing some wiring due to space restrictions.

This will probably be the most complex and overbuilt N54 on earth. Simply incredible the level of detail and engineering you've put into this. I think it's a bit overkill but really impressive work

Diverter valve and charged air recirculating
We will use only 1 Forge Diverter Valve which will be located on the left side (as our K&N filter also located on the left side.) Charged air will be recirculated into the intercooler.

How are you going to divert the excess pressure from the pressure side to....wait for it...the pressure side? Shouldn't the dv vent to the turbo inlet so that there is a pressure delta to actuate the dv?
