I treat women daily for sexual dysfunction. I also treat women daily for stress urinary incontinence. Many women complain of wetting the sheets during sex. By going more abstract and choosing to leave out details, I think you have created a powerful image. This piece really communicates the emotion of the actress. Looking at this piece, I feel very emotionally present in the scene.

This is not wetting during sex, and not an uncommon thing that requires treatment. The only women I've NOT been able to do this with are those that force me to stop because they're too nervous/feels too intense/have an extremely sensitive vagina (which is AWESOME during normal sex, but she doesn't even like fingers- "too pokey"). I've done this with several women in their early 20's, one of which had no idea what happened until she felt the bedding. It takes VIGOROUS manual G-spot stimulation- generally not just normal sex unless you REALLY know what you're doing (still working on that).

Now...I believe you had some anal-sex orgasm suggestions The only way I've heard of doing this is hitting the A-spot/ deep-spot, but I'm not quite sure how to do that.
