LOL. I know you can work out under 18..when I was in the 9th grade I got signed into weight lifting with the varsity football team. I used to hate that so much. Our coach was an old school coach too, and we were the only school in the L.A. area who still did circuit runs or w/e it was called. You lift weight rapidly in reps of 5 and go out to run a mile and repeat.

Speaking of which...I kinda want curry for lunch now. lol.

What type of music do you guys listen to at the gym. Sometimes I don't stay long when I don't have any new songs. But when I have those new 1+ hr trance megamix, damn I'm in the gym for a good while, lol.

i listen to metallica and sepultura. a lot of rush. i used to listen to them in the car, before i got my 3rd speeding ticket within 4 months. so i thought i'd let them be for gym only.
