doubt it, I dont think BMW will replace it before april 4th, which is when it was replaced the first time. Although I have put a lot of money into the car I dont nessesarily know I would want it to be lemon'ed

1st replacement 04/04/07, 2nd replacement 01/26/08, now i'm having long starts again. I can lemon it if it fails before 04/04/08 right?

basically, call BMWNA's customer relation and report you would like a buyback due to the numerous HPFP failures

then they will send a field technician to your dealer to look at the car

then I dont know wats gonna happen after that since im stuck here LOL

Leon, this is probably too late, but my friend actually just got back to me about those two lawyers, and she couldn't find anything bad or particularly good about them, so i guess you are safe.

Okay bluesummer, what's your name again? Anyways, it seems like a long drawn out stressfull situation, If it does fail I dont think I'll lemon it, however that gives me until 01/26/09 for it to fail again, and I'll DEF have a lemon case. first failure was at 4000 miles, second was at 16000 miles, my car now has 17000 miles, so it also gives me a lot more mileage freedom as well. Plus I wanna see how your case turns out too. Do they deduct money for mod's (m-tech, CF spoiler) Do they deduct money for milage? A lot of questions here. Do you have aim also?
