I do not recall this happening before.

I will throw this out here for a new rule:

If a challenge is completed and approved, the winner has 24 hours to post a new challenge. The winner will still get the point, as it was completed, and there may be a good reason for not posting the new challenge such as health issues. If no new challenge is posted in 24 hours, that person loses the chance to post the new challenge.

The challenge goes back to the last person (me in this case – stinks for me as I would not be able to participate for points). Then go backwards to each winner each 24 hours, and so on, if the previous winner(s) is not around. No points lost for anyone.

Feel free to chime in etc....anyone....

Is it fair to say if you have obviously met the terms of the challenge to go ahead and start the new one, even without formal approval? Just to keep it going if it gets called back then whatever but most are obvious winners.

we do this all the time. if i complete a challenge and is not controversial in any way i proceed with posting the new challenge.

the case now is something new though. winning a challenge and not posting a new one. just in case the winner forgot i pm'd him hopefully he will post next time he enters the forum..

Yes, be sure to limit the time between challenges to 24 hours. If the person who assigned the challenge and will approve it and the person who completed the challenge and needs to assign a new one don't check the thread with in 24 hours, I agree we need to have a new challenge, maybe assigned by the person who completed the previous challenge?

We've all had this general consensus that if your image clearly fulfills the challenge, post up a new one. Many wait because back near the 80s through 120s there were some ones that weren't clear, or really 2 part challenges that some agreed and disagreed on.

The next best thing I can think of would be that if a new challenge isn't posted within 24 hours, the next person to fulfill the same challenge gets the point and right to do the new challenge.

In collaboration with Easter, show me your e9x with colored eggs lined up on the windshield wipers. Must have variating colors and no color may be repeated. There must be six (6) or more eggs. In addition to the eggs, I must make this somewhat random with the chance of being embarrassed! The location of this picture needs to be at your local BANK or POST OFFICE with an ATM machine in the picture, or if it is at the post office, the drop box must be visible along with the eggs. Put an Easter basket on the hood/roof of the car as well. Happy challenging! Be safe.
