go for the refurb bro, save the money lol. i never bought a new ps pump and never had a bad reman yet, especially for that money, either that or check on like e30 message boards, them guys take your engine and shove it in their e30's and use other pumps and brake masters and all.

no problem bro, i would rebuild it for ya but i doubt the seals are readily available and it would take even longer for you to get your car back lol, make sure to flush out the power rack and all before the metal shavings eat up your rods and seals in that too!!!!

yeh im just gonna have my cousin do it... i got brand new redline fluid to put in too soo i shoul dbe good to go after... ( i hope lol)

yea that will be good, just make sure to clean the rack out really good or any metal shavings in the hoses or in the rack itself will recirculate back into your new pump and eat it up

Hey Kev,
This morning I noticed my engine tapping, I think I may have a lifter going bad, this would be covered on a CPO'd car right?

yea get it looked at asap, i heard those n52 engines have alot of follower and cam problems, it wont be a lifter cuz its over head cam, but its the same principle but its a follower since it pushes down with the cam on top
