Was just going to post that - for everyone looking at ZB, reference this article and the picture showing the car with some shade and direct sun simultaneously. That gives you everything you need to know about ZB.

Interesting that he mentions first drives in a couple of weeks. Guess they will be under an embargo until the April marketing launch though.

Just confirmed my order to be in ZB. The display car at Daytona looked fantastic.

So glad to hear that. I still haven't seen it in person, but the pictures are looking great.

I know ZB is not for everyone, but to me, it's distinctive and just eye-catching enough without being loud. And while some complain the color is too feminine, that's exactly what I like about it. The G87 is already a brutish design and I love how that contrasts with a softer color.

I don't need my car to look "intimidating" or "aggressive." It's a piece of engineering art, not a college bar fight.

Congrats!

I truly wished that is what ZB really looked like and for 100% of the time, but sadly it is not.

Thanks. I initially leaned towards BG but quickly changed my mind upon seeing ZB in the flesh. The shape of the car is quite aggressive and angular, and I think suits a skittles colour rather well…. particularly with the gloss black wheels. I have an STO in blu Cepheus which gives a similar vibe. It really pops.

Porsche and Tesla have a similar color but theirs bith seem to stand up under all conditions. Sadly, from what I have seen, ZB does not.

Going to see BG on a 2023 car (not a M2) on Saturday and change my color to that.

Totally wish ZB looked like the blue in your other photo.

There are either less coats on ZB or a massively different formula. ZB does change under any lighting condition and in certain types of light can be harder on the eyes if you're not absolutely sold on it.

Nice car. I saw it in "persona spec" in Verde Selvens a few days ago. Whoa.

I really, really, really did not like ZB until I saw the picture in post #359. Dang! It actually looks pretty cool in that picture. Not so washed out like the rest of the photos I've seen. I think the partially overcast skies give it a different look.

Now I'd actually consider swapping my BG order to ZB. Black Sapphire was on the list as well, I've had enough gray/silver cars.

The design itself is rather brave and I think deserves a daring colour. I was surprised by how pronounced the front and rear fenders are - definitely has a DTM look.

BG would be a safer choice but I don’t think you’d regret living a little dangerously with how you spec this car. It’s a beautiful silvery blue.

Pictures do look off. Weather conditions appear to be sunny yet ZB car appears to be sgaded. Not for nothing and just saying...

I agree the color isn't for everyone, and seeing it in person is way different and can make/break it for the individual person. The point of a "soft" color on a "brutish" angular car is what I like, kinda ironic and oxymoronic, but that is what makes it appealing to me. I love bg, and think it on its own is one of the better colors available, and definitely safer choice that nobody would be disappointed with, but it's a bit too popular and on so many different models (looks amazing on ever car I've seen it on) but I see it everywhere.

That looks like it gives a pretty good idea, a lil pasty compared to AW (the gloss was lost with the edit) but I think it is a great representation. Great job, looks like AW will look best with CF trim.
