Mod 22 - M3 DTC Instrument Cluster
I installed my first interior mod today. Actually it is more accurate to say Vincent (aka Vtl) installed and coded my first interior mod today. He is a absolute wizard when comes to electronics and had the cluster, pulled apart, coded, installed and calibrated in a couple of hours Legend. Pic 1 & 2 - Old and new cluster Pics 3 & 4 - Disassemble and soldering work Pic 5 & 6 - Recode and testing Pic 7 & 8 - Fitting and finished install Last edited by Socket; 08-18-2015 at 06:32 AM.. |

The cluster looks much better when its illuminated in comparison to the oem 335i unit, and it also adds a lot more sophistication to the cabin where I feel as though the oem 335i cluster is rather drab...
Now you need a M3 steering wheel socks!! That was one of the best mods I had done to my 335i, the 335i piece feels extremely cheap imo |

Good job Socket - the M3 cluster is a subtle and classy upgrade.
