I have tried the LG CU500, and the Samsung SGH-A707 (cingular) neither one will load the phone books on any of the cars i tried at work. I drive or not. Here is the new updated list of phones from bmwusa.com

This MIGHT be a repost, im too lazy to read, there are also numerous threads regard the Sony Ericsson P990. This phone is 0% compatible. No bluetooth connection, phone book, nothing. Awesome phone. i guess you can almost say its too advanced for our bmw. Kinda.

I purchased the new Palm Treo 750 from Cingular on Sunday and would like to report that it works with the bluetooth system in my 2007 335i coupe. I didn't get to test it extensively, but the only thing I saw that doesn't work or show up is the signal strength.

I just want to confirm that you can actually talk on the car's bluetooth with that phone. I just got a Nokia E62 to try for the heck of it and it will see the car and connect and the car shows my phone info but it doesn't hold the connection. I can't talk through the car's bluetooth speaker/mic. |

Does anyone know if the Sony Ericsson Z710i works with our cars? I presently use a z520a which works 90% of the time, but the phone itself is having some issues so it might be time for me to change. Either that or maybe the Nokia 6126, which according to another forumer does work 100% with the car.

I searched and didn't see if anyone has been able to pair a Samsung SCH-A930 successfully on a E90 335i? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a T-mobile SDA, and it works seemlessly with my 2007 328 w/ idrive. This incl add book download, and showing the caller ID for incoming calls.

Hi guys, recently I bought a Nokia 6300 and it works perfectly with my E90. It can even upload the phone book into the car which can't be done with my nokia 7610 in the past!

OK, add to the list of compatible phones, the Sony Ericsson K610i.
I set it up last night with out 2006 323i, no iDrive of course, and all of the functionality works perfectly. Phone book, missed calls, BMW buttons all work. Kev |

Nokia E65
Anyone got a chance to try Nokia E65 with their cars?
It looks like a nice phone. Hopefully, since it's Nokia's E-series (and not N-series phone), there is hope that it might work fully, including the phonebook.

Nokia 2366i Paired
I successfully paired my Verizon / Nokia 2366i to my E92.
The only problem was the BMW phone book doesn't load multiple numbers per name. The workaround is to load the phone's contact list with different names for each number like: Wife Cell - 555-1111 Wife Work - 555-2222 Wife Home - 555-3333 Other than that, it works perfectly. ![]()
