Probably a silly question... Is the charge pipe included in the ets intercooler kits the same as the one you can buy separately? Looking on the ETS website there is no BOV flange option when adding the intercooler kit to the cart...

No, the ETS includes the lower charge pipe.

The other "charge pipe" kits offered are the "upper charge pipe" which house the stock DV or the BOV options.
