Thanks, Chewy. I wish I had been wearing decent rain gear and had protection for my camera because the rain and mist made for some cool scenery. But I was getting very wet and so was my gear. I need to get a rain sleeve.

I use it to protect my gear from the spraying paint on the field, but I plan on using it this winter... Didnt had the chance to use it under rain tho. I really like it since it doesnt attract attention as much as when people see your gear in plain sight. Its for short lenses, but there is a version for longer ones as well.

Thats exactly what I was aiming for. You need the extra attention to properly ID the photographer if you really need to. Because 99% of the people dont really need to and just want to look at the picture.
My old ones were not really what I wanted; but I never really took the time to photoshop one for myself. Thanks for the feedback guys.

You lucked out and missed all the rain?
EDIT: Never mind. I see from your flickr site that you had the same on/off rain we had in London. Last edited by M_Six; 10-09-2012 at 01:08 PM.. |

The worst rain we had while driving was on the way back to London on the M3. We had a some heading into Bath as well, which made navigating difficult.
