Me too, I thougt the radio had a problem with those buttons but I took the radio out and they work fine.

Does anyone else have the problem with the home and eject buttons sticking?

Has this issue been resolved or is it possible to get a translation of both the initial warning box and the long-press dropdown items.

Hi tarux, the new batch for D5165 has resolved the PDC issue. So all of the D5165 has PDC function for E90. Don't worry.
Meanwhile, thanks for your suggestion. Indeed, we have installed E90 before and only modification need to do is trim the AC control panel. But it was pity that we did not take video at that time.
But we will try our best to get more pictures or video and share it here for your reference then. Thanks a lot!

Be aware that the information provided by EONON does not fit with the reality. Until now, me and other users who have bought D5165 does not have PDC or radar open sensor working.
I'm still waiting for a new can bus box to see if it works properly. However and as you can read in all these threads, EONON cannot fix it. There isn't anyone that has it working. If you buy it, be aware that you have high probability that it won't work, that EONON confirm again (and again...) that several models are not compatible, and that they will do their best to fix it, to be patient... And wait months to get it fix it. They sell hundreds of this radios, and no problem at all; every time any user has a new problem EONON says it is the first time that is appears (when there are others users that have confirmed it in the past).
Despite the support of Carlos, the truth is that once you have a bug on it, he cannot help you, saying that the support team will help you.
I bought my radio at October and until now, problems hasn't been solved.

I've just received a new can bus box and I'll try it soon. Hope it works!
Understand one thing: when me and other users bought this radio, the information was, at this forum and at eONON site, it was compatible with BMW e9X, from 2006 until 2006-2011. Just after me and other users have founded bugs on it, EONON confirmed that they haven't tested it on all models, and that the radio just works fine on several E9X models. But EONON doesn't tells which models it works fine!
So you will have to buy and try it! It's a question of luck.

Actually, I am running the new version bug/error free, I mean granted the PDC still isnt working properly and its still extremely loud at volume set to 1, I am running this error free, also running Igo Primo 2.4 for my GPS flawlessly

Really, to be honest, I give up! Such as you have given up from us, that never had real solutions to our problems.
The question is that I trusted you and all of your team, you asked me to trust, to keep calm and wait for the soluciones, that Eonon is a responsible companie. Now I just want my Money back. I had to make a pre-payment to get one more can bus malfunction, for the price of 60$, that you promissed it would work.

Hi Carlos, thank you to understand that since and I had bought my Eonon unit at October 2013 and since at January 2014 it has the same bugs, my support and cooperation has been over the expected!

There are lots of posts at this threats that prove that after months you don’t have news about the bugs me and other users reported you. It’s is not me against you. It’s the users experience that didn’t have more news from Eonon support.

About the pdc problem, you had sent me PMs writing for me to be 100% sure that with the new can bus box it would work. You now want a new video; ok I will send you and one more time, my car is a 320d touring 2006. The only difference now it that it beaps even more frequently, but not continuous, when I get close to a wall.

Despite to send you that video, I insist on getting my money back. I had made a pre-payment for a new can bus box that it doesn’t work. Eonon didn’t wanted to send it for free. Because of that, I would like now to have my money back first so that I send you the can bus box. Just like the way you wanted me to do.

About what you suggested by PM, I will not send my radio back. The shipping cost its almost 150$, and if until now I just send money to buy a radio and a new box that after 4 months it doesn’t work, spend more money to get to you, no thanks.

It’s simple. Refund my 60$. I send you the can bus box. Case closed.

Diveboy, these is the medium price for a package of 2/3 kg. The national post asks 86€ (71,36£) to send packages until 3 kgs from Portugal to Hong Kong.

Despite the price of shipping it back, what I want is my 60$ back.
