Not yet, I have a small boost leak that I need to track down. I'm holding 15psi (MHD 1+) but it is audible. I think it might actually be from my boost gauge line. I thought it was the PCV heater or whatever 13717560227 is but got it seated nicely and tossed a bunch of RTV on the o ring so I doubt that is it.

You can build a smoke/pressure tester for VERY small money fyi: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1185791 I have one could borrow but you might as well just make your own.

I would log a 3 to 4 WOT pull, a boost leak is easy to see via a log usually.

That is hilarious, if I pull the gauge's cabling out and its not leaking I will have to try that. I'm about 90% sure the gauge is leaking though.

So I was 100% wrong about the boost line. My new theory is the charge pipe is leaking at the throttle body? I'll have to take the belly pan off and adjust the intercooler couplers to try to get a perfect fit. I don't see what else could be leaking in that area all the other clamps are super tight...
