Do you have the oil cooler? If you have the oil cooler then you can get the Dinan upgrade. However if you dont have the oil cooler then dinan will not warranty anything. You can check behind your right front tire in the wheel well to see if you have it or just call BMWNA and give them you vin# and they will tell you right away. I got the sports package and 6mt but didnt upgrade to the 18 inch wheels so therefore they never installed an oil cooler. On non xi models, I might be mistaken on this but I think you needed to get 6mt with the sports package to get the oil cooler.

In case you dont have it Ide recomend the SSTT piggyback. Its a lot less expensive.....and more power. Since Dinan wont warranty anything without an oil cooler then you might as well either get the SSTT or any other piggy back unit. Im not that familiar with all the piggy backs since I currently dont have one but Im sure if you go into the turbo section and post which one is better you will receive at least 25 reponces.

For god's sake, dont just crank down on them...you can snap on, rip the threads out of the hole, or better yet, make the guys who have to take your wheels off when you get a flat (aka me or some other mechanic) curse and swear and call you a f-in asshole who tightned the lugs way too much.
