Installed myself, have not gone in for service. I'm sure they will know I've been messing around. You need to remove several screws to get to the ECU. I've gone in about 3-4 times, 2 for upgrades to V2 and another to connect a UBS cord to the serial interface so I can datalog. They will see the black paint wear on the screws.

Ah crap! Sucks that you can just plug it in and unplug without an trace of it being there. Keep us posted on how your service goes.

You need to get to the ECU to PNP....I don't think me tightening and untightening these particular screws violates my warranty...but we shall see

Hey - so i here Procede V3 is coming out - does that mean you can flash your current Procede unit to upgrade it to V3?

I did one at ~800mi, then at 3800...I'm at about 8k and ready to go in for my 1yr in a month.

Yes. V3 = New wire harness + New Firmware + New Maps. Since I'm on V2 already, I will need to pay $50 for a few additional wires to make the oldschool harness = to the new one. Mine will NOT be PNP like the new one. Firmware and Maps are downloadable from thier site.
