1- depends what you are coming in for
2- yes, as long as you schedule an appointment with a loaner car
3- I am working on your car, to alot of people that is very important because they can trust me to take care of their car and make sure its done right.

They are basically common found problems with vehicles... nothing to do with retrofits...
