well there are like 200-300 employees at this location.... my group is like maybe 10 and im like the only person under 30 so im not allowed to have personal style because its "unprofessional" to dress modern/trendy

ouch...that is hard nowadays when the economy is in bad shape. I say grind it out for a few more months to make it a year there. I avg out about 2 yrs in a company. But I really like it here now cause they don't micromanage.
