Thanks guys! We're very happy with it. We think it's a great balance between sound and daily drivability.

I installed mine this past Sunday. I don't have the resonators yet so I was SHOCKED when I started the car. WAY quieter than my Vishnu system! Virtually no drone to speak of. I don't have the resonators yet but I'm starting to wonder if they will make it quieter than stock! Anyhow, great sound and very "reasonable," I can't imagine anyone complaining that it is too loud.
Oh and the install was a breeze compared to my other system. It bolted right on with everything lining right up.

I'm putting mine in tonight, maybe along with catless DP. I have the resonated version, I'll try and get before and afters of stock->exhaust->catless.

I hope that I didn't make a mistake by going with the resonated version. I do want it louder than stock. Joe, if it's to quite, can I swap the pipes?

As for replacing it after use... I can't take them back unless they are unused. I would be willing to swap new non-res pipes for res pipes, understanding you would have to pay for shipping to and from. I would give you a full refund of difference for the pipes This would only be beneficial to you if you could hear a set of res and non res in person... I guess I should have added that I am already catless (Riss). It's definitely louder than stock (not terribly much) without the resonators. I'm not sure what the sound is like with the resonators but I should know soon...or O-cha.

It's got a much lower tone below 3k, above 3k it's a bit louder and a bit deeper. The tone is a bit tighter if that makes sense. If I was not going to be putting catless DP in I would say definitely go for then non res version. I can't imagine it would be too much louder. I did have a few issues though. Nothing that stopped me from installing it, but things I'm not too happy about. I believe my exhaust got damaged in shipping. Other things though that everyone will probably have to deal with. 1: Get 4 washers for the downpipe nuts. The holes in the flanges are big and the nut on one side will push into them, this is not good. If I remember correctly the nuts were 11mm? 2: Tighten the clip clamp down off the mufflers checking every now and then. You will be ratcheting forever if you don't. Besides the shipping issue over all I'm happy with the exhaust.

Is it noticeably louder/deeper at cruising speeds?

This is the beauty of the RennART exhaust. At cruising and everyday driving it's not annoying like the other full downpipe back aftermarket exhausts out there.
Perhaps some of our new customers can chime in and give an objective opinion on this?

Everything is coming as planned at this point. The mid April date is still our ETA of the 45 exhausts.
