We're all enthusiasts here. There is nothing at all wrong, with sleeping with your car in the bedroom, working on it, etc., if you can get it inside your house.

No lie, when I was a kid, if I got something new that I really liked, I slept with it.

Being an adult, I have to admit, when I get a new Snap On tool, I look at it and admire it. When I recently got a brand new S80A ratchet (2016 and says USA on it again), I did admire it, but did not sleep with it....

Haha. So true! I'd bring that baby right into my kitchen if I could, invite some of the guys over for beers and talk about waterpump installs. lol

Should be sweet - hoping to see it Thursday ish!
Got it back today and enjoyed it the 30miles home from the shop. I really like the differences the sway bar, end links and full M3 control arms made. More planted, especially in turns, and the steering feel is even better/tighter. The sway bar/end-links also helped to reduce slop/bounce which I sometimes experience with the FSD's. The engine mounts I can't say that I feel too different but on this car I was not looking for more cabin vibration but rather a good time to change with a slight upgrade... Thinking about it, I can feel slight increase in stiffness/vibration feedback at downshifts, but very minor. And the powder-coated (correction not painted) wheels look like new!

Glad to hear; I have the Whiteline 27mm FSB (only $200 at FCP!) en route and have heard good things about upgraded FSBs on these cars.

Yup. Got an OEM pump from eBay and bought some coolant for it. Total cost: $395 and 5 hours of my life.

Thursday: Made my own DCI with NO PVC pipe. Broke the Diveter valve off the charge pipe while putting on the air filters (plastic really is cheap on the charge pipe) so I have to JB weld it back on. However once done it was worth it. Best $53 spent.
