Its not a matter of losing weight. all the stuff thats in you which has been inside you for a long time comes out. so in a sense yes i lost like 5 lbs. but you need like 2-3 sessions of it. let me know if you want the #

Look at it this way. If you detox for 7 days you will only shit for 7 days. if you do colon hydrotherapy it will clean the stuff out that you never shit out.
