My Josh just turned 17, business checking account (thanks Cityzens bank for allowing under 18) Mass business certificate, liability Ins. and State home improvement contractor registration.

He needs 3 years of experience to then apply for his construction supervisors license, he's 1/2 way there.

his yearly income so far in 2022 is $20k'ish, helping him prepare his taxes was priceless…😳

Rule of thumb: Every $1k you make son 1/4 goes to Uncle Sam…

get your teen son a business, get them into cars/boating or sports no time or energy for drugs and slacking, with his GF all he wants to do is eat a pizza and a movie

What he wants: be certified with large excavation machines, School $10k-$15k average hourly is over $50-$65 per in New England, in 2022 kids want skills and life training, I'm more optimistic about this new batch coming to adulthood (gen C)

By his early 20's making $100k per year is definitely possible, then comes the 2 week vacations, restoring 2002 M3's

This reminds me when i was younger and pulled my groin muscle in a soccer game.

Night time came and i got this brilliant idea to put some Rub-A535 on my groin/inner thigh muscle and then go to sleep.

Well, needless to say that was a very very bad idea! One of the twins rubbed up against that area and hell esued.

In panic and buring agony, i didn't knwo what to do, so i thougth maybe i'd just try and wash it off in the shower.
Bad bad bad idea. Once the water hit the affected twin it was like someone poured gasoline and set it on fire.

Lessons were learned that night!

Yes, I want him to do what ever his dreams are but also keep him grounded, online tic tok millionaire not going to happen, having a decent life with savings, modern vehicles and a home that's the ticket
