How about a used F80?

Not a 340....imho. The light steering just is a Hall and Oates--NO CAN DO.

Me? Seems that I've been obsessed with the windshield washer jets as of late, so yep, I sprayed my windshield all along the way to work...
Aw shit...how could I forget the F80 (?) it is on the list after the M2.

I really like the M2, it has a real M suspension, but it has numerous examples of cost cutting, and personally I'd rather have a real M motor...I found the crooked driver's seat to be imho bizarre for cost cutting.

Anyway, I've warmed up to the notion of used, i.e. would rather have a used F80 than a new M2....just my .02. I know the steering is something we'd all have to live with...

Ordered a whole new valve cover. The gasket is still leaking, and I've discovered a hairline crack at one of the seams. I can't seem to understand why BMW uses plastic covers instead of cast metal. It's ridiculous that a critical piece like this can fail under normal conditions. The leaks, I accept as my fault.....but the crack is outrageous.

Anyway, I also flashed the Cobb Stg2+ Aggressive file after installing the fmic and dp's, and it's a TOTALLY different animal. Loving my car again.......but she's parked until the new VC arrives

Tried removing my PE muffler to see what it sounds like...little too loud and a lot of vibrations! May be because I also have the 2nd cats deleted and the res delete pipe from my PE. Now I'm thinking I should go for either the AA catless headers or AFE catted headers.

Let her rest again, despite the new pss. Took the 1998 Nissan to work. Driving the '16 328i xdrive rental seems like a lifetime ago. It is beyond bizarre how tight the Nissan's steering is in contrast. The clutch and stick are really stiff though, not in a good way, whereas the 335's are soft and silky....

Takes a bit longer than 15 minutes. There's so many videos on YouTube skim through the videos and see which video suites you and your car the best.
