Tried a new recipe tonight from a cookbook. Cinnamon Penne with Chicken, Butternut Squash, Pecans, and Kale. Very delicious.

Had a few of these, Duck Bao Buns, a speciality from Costco,as written on the box they are roasted duck in hoisin sauce with carrots,spring onions and cabbage in a bao bun.
Micro at max for 40 sec in the folded wrapper and wait a further 20 sec then ready to eat!
