E90/E92 Flared Rear Fenders

Hello E90 community! This is my first post on this site. I have owned a 2010 BMW 335xi for the past three years and love it. I have a shop in Danbury, CT, Corley Dubrosa Customs. We're looking into making a molding to create flared rear fenders like the new M3/M4 for E90s. I need some help, however, I would like to rent a laser scanner for a day to scan someone's flared fenders on an E90 M3 or someone who had their fenders flared on a 3 series.

Message me if anyone is in the area and willing to help!

Note I did a NBT retrofit so not sure if CCC or CIC supports rear view camera
NBT retrofit? From CCC to NBT? If yes, more info please!

Cleaned and swapped positions of the VANOS solenoids. This fixed my idling issue. Thank you E90 Post.

Nice, upgraded mine to the 27mm H&R and same feeling - way better with way less roll. Solid bar versus hollow, and made the FSD's perform the way they should over tight turns/un-even surfaces!

Not cheap $2900 AUD for NBT unit and all the other bits (like idrive control knob and front console trim for new controller, but worth every cent

I had my car towed to BMW today?? doing about 75 mph on the hwy and it felt like a flat. I had to turn the steering wheel to keep the car straight. I then slowed down and parked at the nearest off ramp. I looked at the car and the rear right tire was a bit off from its normal camber. I travel for work and will be gone on and off for the next few weeks, so no time to fix it myself. I hope the dealer lubes up before they stick it too me. The good news is I still have my 100K warranty. I'll report back later.

Btw...I will be moving to AZ so once this is fixed I may sell the car. My new employer uses a fleet service so will have to buy something that is approved by Sr Mgt. hopefully BMW is an approved car.

Update- the rear trailing arm broke. Easy fix and warranty covers labor and parts. $100 deductible.

Plastidipped my badges yesterday and wanted to do my grills but I didn't have the right screwdriver to unscrew the clips but hopefully I can get it at ACE today and get the grills done too.

FedEx just delivered my new BMW Performance exhaust which I will have it installed very very soon. Don't care for the minimal performance again. Just want a meaner sound.
Can't wait!

Repaired the broken air vents!!

I repaired my broken front air vents. I for this with a hacksaw and a bit of superglue. 30 mins and it works a treat and far cheaper than buying new ones off the internet. Win win.

Replaced non-M rear tension strut with M3 rear chassis stiffener struts. Also had the car aligned and painted the side reflectors body color

Picture 1: Stock, with non-M tension strut and heavy 'A-Frame' mounting piece.

Picture 2: After, no more heavy 'A-Frame' mount

Picture 3: After, showing M3 L and R rear tension rods

Picture 4: On the alignment rack, with body color side reflector

Dropped 10 lbs weight while increasing frame stiffness and cooling airflow to the differential.

*If anyone is interested in doing this, be advised the A-frame mount for the stock non-M tension strut is an 'interesting' project. Four large bolts attach this to the rear subframe. 3 of 4 bolts can be removed with a wrench and some creative ingenuity for access. The fourth bolt can not be removed without either a) destructive removal. the bolt can be cut. this is the method I used. b) drop the rear subframe for access. Definitely recommend method 'a)' rather than dropping the subframe, for convenience.
