The wife, baby, and I are planning on taking a road trip, we typically go to NYC every year to do some Christmas shopping but this year are maybe thinking of going somewhere else since we have the baby and do not really want to take her on subways and put her in taxi's just yet.
You guys have any ideas?

jersey son..... u got woodbridge, menlo, short hills, jersey gardens, willowbrook to name a few all close by and you could always take the 40 min train ride out to show your lil girl the xmas tree for her first xmas!!

train into penn station (the garden) is 40 mins from me and then a cab or foot it to rock ctr for the tree!!

Yah we are renting a car and driving no matter what, I dont want to take the little one on a plane with all these folk sick. My bro-in-law lives in
queens so we would just stay with him, so cost for room = nothing. But I would like a change of scenery.
