dude if you have basic tools and a half a brain you can install it in an hour.

1608 represents the out the door cost to me, including taxes. the addition of the aero kit costs me 67/month, as a final amount on my lease payment.

yes painted and installed at the VPC upon delivery to the US.

but, if I went with longtran I can resell the aero kit at the end of my lease and put back on the normal bumpers. just not sure if I want to go through that headache and also store 2 bumpers for 2 years.

really it's not worth it man. Think of it this way, you lose that money. If you buy it yourself afterwards you can sell it when the lease is up
