wtf do i do if i havent recieved a package that was shipped april 30...i have dealt with this person twice and both times the packages have came within 2/3 days of being shipped..

i got the tracking number...i has dood number and he said i shouldve gotten the package!

If you run the tracking number....UPS? USPS? does it say it was delivered to your door?

How was it shipped (Fedex, UPS, DHL)? Do you have a tracking #? And what service was used.

If it was shipped via UPS ground and from either NY, NJ, CT, MA, or PA it will still arrive next day, however no time frame will be given.

Or when it is shipped it takes 1-2 days for processing the order. Hope that helps

this idiot screwed me...from what the post office said..a label was generated but doesnt me the item was shipped

Call the carrier and ask when the item was actually shipped. Then you will know how quickly your orders are processed and they will tell you a delivery time.

If its not in the system it can mean 2 things

1) Item was never sent
2) item was sent the night before but its not in USPS system.

Ed if you bought it from Ebay and you paid paypal you shouldnt worry. You can contact paypal and Ebay and they will issue a refund provided that the items wasnt delivered.

heres the deal

i bought OEM xenon from this guy..i got it in 3days..i found out one of the headlights a piece of styrofoam inside..so i shipped back and i got in 2 days..

driver side headlight DRL bulb blew 3 times and i was told it might be a short so i contacted the guy, he said i will get u another headlight and send me the other one back..so i said thats cool.. recently corner light bulb blew on driver side...so theres def something wrong...i spoke to the guy before said that he had the headlight ready to be ship before April 30...still nothing

i paid thru paypal...i dont know how to dispute this..900 bucks on the line

i just got a text from the seller surprisingly!!! ..i did call Pasadena Ca post office and no help either!!

i did get the headlights, so i cant open a dispute claim.. its more like a return item thing...but this isnt a store
