Also make sure you are taking a lot of milk thistle as this aids in liver support, also want to make sure you get liver enzymes and kidney checked out. I would also take cranberry pills to help aid in flushing your kidneys. Once you screw your kidneys up, man your screwed. Lump = Prolly the beginning signs of gynoclemastia, look into getting some Serm, it will decrease the side effects of Gyno, maybe try Clomid or Nulvadex or something along those lines.
