We switched from ATT to Verizon as our corporate mobile provider. This was not a fun experience.

Dude, we have both right.

I've been trying to switch the account from this mobile broadband card (built into laptop) for the last 2 days. AT&T has been a total pain. I get my name added to the account and they still don't see me in the system. I had to complain until the situation was fixed. We sent them emails and called them.

On a sidenote, Verizon customer service is much better on a corporate level, so you might like it in the long run.

I get out of class on Monday from a 2 hour long calc test and have to come to work and deal with 40 little women trying to get new phones. It's just my coworker and I handling this project. Verizon's customer service, on the corporate level at least, has been great so far so you're right on that.

We have a lot of push to talks so some of the numbers didn't port over so I've been going back and forth with Verizon to see why. That's a pain in the ass.
