I'm using the Camera+ app, which is better than the standard iPhone camera. It stores the picture in Lightbox, which allows you to edit the photo before saving it (just saved it to B&W).

I then had a play with the photo in TiltShiftGen (another app) to modify the focal points.

All editing was done on the phone. 1st picture I'd taken on it (other than a few pictures for work)

Thought I'd contribute to this thread, now go easy, I'm a complete amateur and just been messing around but some of the results I thought were OK so worth sharing. I've so far done two photography courses (through Manchester Photographic via a Group-on deal), a full day beginners course, and last night, an evening night course. My shots from the beginners course were frankly shite and the highlight was lovely lunch and a few beers with my mate before getting back to shooting the city 'artistically', but these were the best from last night

They are posted in the order taken (so improved throughout the night). First one the camera was on a railing, second on a wall, third hand-held but leaning against a wall (fairly steady but didn't really need to be that still), fourth on the floor with hand on top to hold still (that probably actually added more vibration than not!!).
