Anyone installed the PROcede mod to their car? Is it worth it? Does it work or is it a shady mod? Does anyone know of a good shop in town to order/install aftermarket exterior parts from?

LOL....uhh...I have one installed...uhh....If you do a search through E90post.com you will find that it works pretty damn good

(370whp/401lb ft with FBO from last time I dyno'd). For installation I would go with Karl over at European Road and Racing or with Autometrics (ask for Corey...semi-pro driver and BMW guy/son of the owner).

Good guys over there (although only Karl and his brother so getting an appointment means waiting). Karl is a former Audi Engineer and Race Driver/Engineer. He has a picture of my car on his website
