lana i do my best and more then what i should be doing..he hasnt given me my raise that was due in March..he comes to me all the time when he is in a cramped up with deadlines i do other work that doesnt involve plumbing..if i leave i will leave a big hole in his company!! i dont take breaks

my boss doesnt know how to use CAD program...lol all he does is review every1 design and returns it with comments..all he does is goes to the field, take notes and bullshit around with architect. when he gives me a project i always have questions he cant answer or doesnt know so i design it to my best ability to avoid redesigning and save time!

There is nothing to be guilty of. Once you made up your mind, that's it.
