Hey everyone.

We just switched BB's for like 3 users and they somehow lost a weeks worth of items from their sent folder...wtf can this be from?

Looking around for peoples lost emails is a real pain in the arse. If I can't find them, it's going to suck explaining to them what happened.

No these were recent ones, I checked everywhere they're no where to be found.

i remember my ICT told me.....those in "inbox" wun be archived....if the server is gone or watever reason....its SOL!

We have backups of individual mail stores but I mean it's a real PITA to really back them up. We have to take exchange down and restore them after hours. It's dirty work.
