Waygu despite all the fat is actually BETTER for you than most Prime/Kobe. Has more omegas or something like that, monosaturated vs polysaturated fats.

These are from stockyards (cheaper than Allen brothers, ill let u know if its worth spending the extra $. My preliminary guess is no) and come a pack of 4 for $132 picked up. So about $65. Awesome thing is that these guys (stockyards) are right next to our new building, literally a 45 second walk. They also wanna rent out our extra freezer space which is cool.
