Damn Dawg! Sorry to hear about Moms, My Mom was in a similar situation it sounds. She was dating this dude who was basically using her for a lace to stay and her money. Always broke it seemed, then he left her (thank God) and took all the money outa their account! She roughed it for a while, but now seems to be in much better shape. I am able to stop worrying about her now. Although when I stopped helping her is when she took initiative and started fending for herself.

my mom is in that situation now, her husband dont like to work. i can care less tho, i dont really like her or her husband, and she never really did shit for me lol.

when i got seperated and kicked out of my house, she didnt even offer a place to stay in the house and she has the room lol

DAMN! I know the feeling, my Mom treated me like shit for years man. That dude she was dating, I got into a fight with him once, he came at me, shoved my head into the door and I snapped and basicaly strangled him to within an inch of his life. I moved out and he stayed! I was so pissed she didnt kick his ass out! But Guys, seriously, life is what you make of it. I have come so far since then. I dont let shit get me down! I am who I am because of all my past experiences both good and bad!

Not only will they deteriorate YOUR life, but shit man your kids not only need you as a parent til their "old enough" but for as long as you can provide them with security, love, wisdom, and memories. You seem like a very caring father, why put them thru an early funeral over some stupid addiction. I learned a lot when my Dad died last year! Addictions show weakness, a loss of control and me personally, I know I am stronger than any addiction! I loved Chew/Dip more than you will ever know, chewed since I was 11 and quit no problem when I challenged myself.

Just some food for thought. I will never mention it to you again. I do not see you any differently now that I know you smoke, but I just know I wouldnt want my kids to have to bury me prematurely. Just looking out for ya. You can tell me to eat shit if you want now.

haha i actually quit when we and my wife were trying for my first kid, stayed good for 5 years, soon as i got seperated and started going to bars with friends, that went out the window lol
