Prolly like 6k, because I will be finishing the basement anyway! I am currently in the process of designing the wine cellar with all glass walls and a cigar bar for those that like to smoke cigars, this will also be filtered and humidified so the smell goes directly outside the house with exhaust fans and shit! I will have a full bar separating the two rooms.

yeah we tried giving him treats as a reward. BUT, once he gets a treat he wont stop jumping on your leg, and that'll be the only thing it does for the next 15 minutes.

BUT, it's worth another try. haha.

We are building our house with a main purpose to entertain guests and also so the kids growing up will have fun in their house. I have a lot of ideas being I have a back round in design. I want a clear plexi glass plate ion the kitchen floor that looks directly into the fish tank or the wine cellar not sure which yet.

My bro in law is real big into them and I have a bunch of friends who smoke them, I personally do not, but I think it will have great appeal to a buyer if we ever decided to sell it. I have to make sure the smoke CAN NOT exit the smoke room! I will not enjoy it if it does!
