Got a new windshield (covered by insurance), washed and waxed and took extra time to really clean the windows....what a difference!

the newish tires (conti extremes) are awesome on freshly painted, balanced and straightened wheels. (no more run flats!)
fuel economy way up....(if I drive like an old lady...no offense) to around 30mpg on longer trips......pretty good for a straight 6!

Breaking in my new clutch, feels very solid compared to my worn out one, and looking to do 500 miles with lots of easy up/down shifting. 300 miles to go.

Changed the oil this weekend. 7qts of Castrol Edge + Mann filter.

I love having a garage!

Just need to man up and install the Bilstein HD shocks/struts I have sitting on the shelf.

Thanks man. It's a good feeling. I'll appreciare it more the next check when that note amount is still in my account . I admit that I've neglected certain areas of the car because I wanted to just get this not over with. But now it's time for me to get back to it !

This looks amazing. Did you buy this online or in store? I need to take care and shine up my engine area as well.

After buying it three months ago and replacing the chewed up windshield moulding, I replaced the rear glass seal. It was $42, took about 20 minutes to pull the old one off, clean the area and about 10 to install it. Now to have the curb rash wheels repaired that the seller left for me.

Looks sharp, what color is your car? You went with no fogs on bumper?

Mounted my winter wheels and tires. Got these on Craigslist for $650. Back tires are brand new and the fronts have about 1 season left. The wheels are reps and 18x8 square setup, so you can rotate the fronts and backs. The offset is ET40 so I am thinking of getting some 5mm spacers. We'll see.

Removed CDV! Huge improvement and it only took 20 minutes. 15 minutes to get the car on stands and remove the plastic tray. I should have done this earlier.

Manual transmission fluid replaced and brake fluid flush.

Feels good to get that stuff done before winter.

Brought my car in for its 2nd radiator replacement this year

I noticed my expansion tank was leaking earlier this week, and had a low coolant warning yesterday. Took the car to the dealership, and they noticed the radiator was leaking too. This is the cars 2nd radiator this year, I purchased it used this summer, and the previous owner had the original one replaced in March and only 7500 miles ago...

Warranty saved the day with only a $50 deductible... I know the couplings are notoriously fragile, but this seems a bit ridiculous to replace it again in the same year.
