A couple weeks ago, I had my independent shop install a new pair of VRSF pipes and a used JB4 (purchased from a member here). I did have to take it back to the shop for them to realign one of the pipes as it was rubbing against the passenger side heat shield. Now there is about a quarter-inch of clearance. Sounds awesome and no more vibrations!

Wastegate is still ticking during cold startups. About a week ago, I tried to adjust the rear wastegate actuator rod but it is a bit rusty. I am going to spray it with some Liquid Wrench penetrating oil and try again this weekend.

Yesterday, I installed six new spark plugs and ran the JB4 USB cable to the glove box. In map 5, I was getting multiple misfires above 6,000 RPM. I am hoping the new plugs will cure the problem. If not, new coils will be next.

I also checked the indexes of my fuel injectors. I know one bank had been replaced but it looks like both have been updated as one bank is index 11 and the other is index 12. I also confirmed the fuel injector coding via INPA.

Later, I am going to confirm if the plugs cured my multiple misfire issues, check to make sure JB4 is running latest version and I also still need to change the rear end fluid.

Sounds familiar - clown, and too many out there. Time to upgrade your bumper/diffuser on her, the other lady "who's life you ruined"!

Attempted to change my summer setup to winter. Got 3 tires done and then a single bolt on the 4th one seems to have rusted on stuck. Had to leave it at the tire shop.

God I hate winters.

Been having clouds of smoke coming from the hood for days, traced it back to a valve cover leak. Finally took the time this thanksgiving to change it out! A PAIN IN THE BUTT JOB, almost broke my back...took a full 9 hours going slowly

A dab of anti-seize last spring woulda been good.

I just installed Pirelli Sottozero 3's on the 185's. Great tire.

Put on a new oil cap. Dealer wanted $40 for it. I ordered one online for 9 bucks.

My oil cap was showing visible signs of significsnt leaking, in addition to a slowly decreasing oil level. I know it's not the VCG or OFG since both are new, and oil residue only seems to exist around or below the cap.

I replaced an ignition coil.

I was getting misfire on cylinder 1.

So if this doesn't fix it, I'll replace the spark plug and if that doesn't fix it, I'll replace the fuel injector and if that doesn't fix it, I'll just blow the car up.

I have the N55 engine so I used a combination of YouTube videos and the DIY guide in this forum. The guides weren't as detailed as the N54 engine but I managed thankfully...
