I would say Bank 2 is the issue.
What injectors are in bank 2 ?

Injectors dont cause overboost.
Fix one issue at a time.

Alright but this is the first time I have gotten a fuel trim variance code. Did a few pulls yesterday and no codes were thrown.

Strange. Thats good, but strange.
I had said sometimes people do 1/4 on jb4 and it clears things up. I compared your first log with the trims variaton log and bank 2 ran richer than normal. Thats why I guessed bank 2 had mixed injectors.
Any logs from the recent pulls ?
Overboost ??

I am still over boosting, always have been. I threw some ~e30 in to see if anything would happen. This is the log from this:
https://datazap.me/u/acoop/newlog1?log=0&data=1-4

Today did a pull and got a code thrown for my AFR. Then got misfires in Cyl 4 and 6 and car was very shakey and running like shit.

Only codes I have is for power management and Cyl 6 misfire. You think the issue is bank 1 injectors?

Weather is cold. Like 20 degrees. Also I had a misfire for cyl 2. But after clearing it it never went back.

Hard to diagnose when you leave things out like that. Log I looked at showed no cyl 6 misfire, only possible bank 1 misfire.

Sorry actually shows I had only a Cyl 4 and 6 misfire in my codes. I included a photo of my recent codes and attached two logs with the issue I am currently experiencing. I am only getting bank 2 misfires, which are the index 12 injectors, what would you recommend me do? I will switch around coils tomorrow and see if anything follows, although I feel like this is not the issue.

You can switch coils and plugs around and see what happens. Are you sure the bank 2 has the index 12s ???
Also I would change 6 cyl timing to maybe 5 ? What year is the car, because you have that set at 6 and timing doesnt look right.
Also try lowering FOL to 60
Not for the misfire, but want to see if that fuel pressure code goes away.

Bank 2 is Cyl 4,5,6 right? If so then yes they are index 12s. I bought the car with the index 12s so not sure how old they are. Car is 2008 335xi. I can try changing the timing after I switch around plugs and coils.

Correct, and yes a 2008 should have 6 cyl timing set at "5" for msd81

Alright I changed the settings so now I will wait and see if the code comes back. The coil tips were wet, felt like oil. Not soaking wet, just a small amount. Also the plugs were a tiny bit wet when I rubbed my finger across it. The only one without any wetness was Cyl 6. I attached a log of the startup, just in case it will help. My startups feel a little misfirey, and jolts the car a bit.

Havent looked at the log but you changed FOL ? the 6 cyl timing to "5" is only to see the actual timing of all cylinders.

Yep changed FOL to 60. And the timing is set to 5. Should I try a pull and log it?
